This website does not require an account and does not take payments directly. We only hold personal information you choose to give us — for example your name, email and the details of your message when you email, call, message us, or use the contact form on this site.

Appointments, availability and payments are handled by our booking partner, Fresha. When you book, your information is collected and processed by Fresha under their own privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and messages.
  • To manage and confirm your appointments (via Fresha).
  • To improve our services and your experience with us.

Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in running the salon and responding to you.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of trusted providers: Fresha (online booking and payments), Google (maps shown on our Contact page and customer reviews), Web3Forms (which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox), and our website hosting provider. Each processes data under its own terms; we do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to help you and to keep proper records, then delete them. Booking records are held within Fresha.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email nails.yuliahamilton@gmail.com.
